In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

"taya365e" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our"

Refers to the taya365e online casino and sports betting platform accessible at taya365e.club, operated under PAGCOR licensing.

"Player" / "you" / "your"

Any individual who has registered a taya365e account or is accessing the Platform for any purpose.

"Account"

The registered player account created by you on taya365e, associated with a unique username and the mobile number or email address you provided during registration.

"PHP Balance" / "Real Money Balance"

The total Philippine Peso funds held in your taya365e account derived from deposits or winnings that have been credited and cleared.

"Bonus Balance"

Funds credited to your account as part of a taya365e promotional offer, subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions separate from your Real Money Balance.

"Wagering Requirement"

"PAGCOR"

"Services"

By registering an Account, accessing the taya365e platform, or placing any bet or wager through the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using taya365e and must not register an account or place any bets.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and taya365e with respect to your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

To be eligible to register and use the taya365e platform, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active taya365e Account;

• Not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of taya365e or any of its affiliated companies or game suppliers;
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

taya365e reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on taya365e. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the taya365e registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your taya365e account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passwords (OTPs) with any other person. taya365e will never ask you for your password through any channel. Any activity occurring under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a breach.

4.3 Account Integrity

In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your taya365e account, you must notify us immediately via the live chat support channel. taya365e reserves the right to suspend an account immediately upon receipt of such notice pending investigation.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits to taya365e accounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. taya365e accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted payment methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed on the taya365e platform at all times.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. taya365e will only process withdrawals to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Standard withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within 5–30 minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. Processing times are not guaranteed and may vary during periods of high volume or for accounts undergoing enhanced due diligence review.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

taya365e is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations to maintain robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. You acknowledge that taya365e may request source-of-funds documentation for deposits or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where taya365e has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other financial irregularity.

All games offered on taya365e are subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules prevail for that game.

taya365e uses independently certified random number generator (RNG) software for all digital games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers under real-time supervision. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnection, software error, or interrupted live stream — taya365e will endeavour to reconstruct game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned. taya365e's determination of game outcomes in cases of technical disputes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

Bets placed after the official cut-off time for any event (including sports matches and live game rounds) will be voided. taya365e is not responsible for bets placed in error or with incorrect parameters.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on taya365e and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances, in addition to any legal remedies available to taya365e:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any system designed to circumvent fair play;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds in a manner not consistent with normal play;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud;
• Using taya365e for any purpose related to money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the taya365e platform or any connected system;
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gambling intent;
• Allowing or facilitating access to a taya365e account by any person under 21 years of age.

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives offered by taya365e are subject to the specific terms and conditions displayed with each promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods.

General bonus terms applicable to all taya365e promotions unless otherwise specified:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn;
• taya365e reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Winnings derived from free spins are subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states "no wagering" explicitly;
• If a withdrawal is requested before bonus wagering requirements are met, taya365e will remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from the account prior to processing the withdrawal of the Real Money Balance;
• Abusing bonuses through low-risk or hedged betting strategies will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.

All content on the taya365e platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, audio, interface design, trademarks, logos, text, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of taya365e or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the taya365e platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works of any taya365e content without prior written authorisation from taya365e.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya365e's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arose.

taya365e expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage;
• Loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data;
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond taya365e's reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor outages, or PAGCOR-directed system shutdowns;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the taya365e platform.

taya365e does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur. taya365e will endeavour to notify players of scheduled downtime in advance where practicable.

taya365e collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using taya365e, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

taya365e complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold or disclosed to unrelated third parties except as required by law, by PAGCOR regulation, or for the purpose of processing your transactions through licensed payment service providers.

taya365e provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players through their account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly);
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits;
• Reality check notifications;
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion) from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion from the taya365e platform.

Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately upon submission. Once a permanent self-exclusion is applied, taya365e will not accept any request to reactivate the account for a minimum period of 12 months. Players who are permanently self-excluded may not create a new taya365e account during the exclusion period.

You may close your taya365e account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

taya365e reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• PAGCOR directive or court order;
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to breach or prohibited conduct, taya365e reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, to forfeit those balances in accordance with applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to your use of taya365e shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and taya365e arising from your use of the Services, you agree to first contact taya365e's support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Final resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts remains available to both parties.

taya365e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players by email and/or via a platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required immediately by PAGCOR directive or Philippine law.

Your continued use of the taya365e platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using taya365e and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
